Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the selected USPS shipping method and location.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Packaging
All fragrances are carefully hand-decanted, packaged securely, and sealed to help prevent leakage during transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Veil & Sillage is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages lost after being marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
